Using Californian Sage, Australian wild flowers, and botanicals adorned with blue Kyanite to create our gorgeous smudge stick.

Blue Kyanite is an excellent stone for meditation and attunement.  It will not retain negative vibrations or energy, therefore never requiring clearing.  Kyanite aligns all chakras and subtle bodies instantly.  It provides balance of yin-yang energy and dispels blockages, moving energy gently through the physical body.

How to use:

Remove flowers and crystal

Light well and blow out the flame. 

The healing comes with the smoke. 

You might like to put out your intention first, then wave the Smudge Stick around your body or space until you feel it clear.

Extinguish the stick by stamping it out in your bowl ready to use next time.
